Imagine you are going about your day, relaxed, calm and then BAM something triggers you, you to go into a frenzy and start doing your OCD. Your heart, once calm and beating normally, starts beating a million miles a minute, your head starts racing, and you don’t know why or how this happened.
Our mind is a very tricky thing, it remembers different memories and can trigger our OCD in an instant. I try to calm down, but it is so hard. There are many methods to try to reduce this, I personally like to take slow deep breathes.
