Dreading Everyday Situation

How many times in a day do we go to the bathroom 4+ times. How many of you hold what you have to do in the bathroom as long as possible just so you don’t have to go?

Why do we do that? Is it because we like being in pain or is it the fact that you dread the process of what going to the bathroom entails. Not the peeing part, but flushing multiple times, or washing your hands afterwards. A process that should take 2 minutes takes 30 minutes.

Imagine waking up at 3 in the morning. You are exhausted basically sleep walking, but you have to go to the bathroom, in and out quickly right? Not for some people, who spend 20 minutes flushing or washing your hands and then finally when you get back in bed you are wide awake and it takes you another 30+ minutes to fall back asleep. This is a process that occurs every day and every night for some including myself.

What can we do about this? We can try and just lay in bed and hope to fall asleep while pain, or we can wear a diaper. Obviously these 2 options are not ideal. So what can we do. Well we can find other options that may work. Instead if of washing our hands possibly have hand sanitizer. Instead of flushing the and waiting flush and walk away immediately.
