Can life be good

Have you ever had a day when you have no compulsion no negative thoughts and everything going your way, and then at some point through the day you realize this is happening and you say to yourself this can’t be true I can’t go a day without my OCD/Anxiety being apart of my day and all sudden you go into panic mode? Well this happened to me yesterday. I was having a great day and then I was hit like a truck with million thoughts going through my mind and this tells me can I be happy and get rid of my OCD/Anxiety. Sometimes I just think its impossible, but then I have to remember that it is possible and that it will happen, but I just have to take control of my OCD all the time even when it is not there and don’t let it creep in.
