Great workout for Mental Health

Those times when your OCD, Anxiety, Adhd, or Depression starts kicking in, don’t just submit to it but fight it. How I fight is through EXERCISE. Something as simple as a 10 minute workout could do the trick. The point of the workout is not only to help get you in shape, or clear your mind, but to take focus off of what your suffering from. When focusing on the workout and what you are doing, you tend to forget what you were even thinking about before hand.

Below is a great 10 minute beginner workout to do when your OCD, Anxiety, Adhd, or Depression starts kicking in:

10 Pushups

20 Squats

30 Situps

40 jumping jacks

50 high knees

Repeat 3x
